Boobon: Eliminating the 80% Phone Sales Blindspot & Unlocking 132% True ROAS

How Lines-Up engineered an autonomous offline conversion loop: linking Google Ads, client-side GCLID history preservation, dynamic CallTracking, and a serverless GitHub Actions ETL robot directly to Kommo CRM.

1. The Dilemma: High Commercial Intent Invisible to Google AI

In bespoke event styling and helium installations, customers rarely check out silently in an e-commerce shopping cart. Over 75% to 80% of actual revenue is transacted over the phone through consultation with a manager (custom inscriptions, color harmonies, urgent delivery windows). Prior to our intervention:

  • The "Unprofitable Illusion": Google Ads showed a catastrophic 34% ROAS based solely on sparse online cart completions. In reality, the business was thriving, but 3 out of every 4 sales occurred via phone calls and were completely invisible to Google!
  • The GCLID Navigation Wipe: When paid visitors clicked an ad, browsed product sets, and navigated to the contact page (/kontaktna-informatsiya/), browser URL routing cleared the ?gclid=... parameter. When they called the dynamic call-tracking number, the session registered as "Direct / Unknown", destroying campaign attribution.
  • Carrier-Level Webhook Blocking: Previous third-party proxy webhooks were flagged and blocked by mobile networks, leading to silent drops of customer orders before reaching the CRM.

2. The Architecture: Monolithic Tracking & Serverless Cloud Pipeline

Lines-Up built an enterprise-grade MarTech infrastructure connecting browser, European cloud gateway, CRM, and Google Ads:

GCLID Link Decorator (history.replaceState)

Created a first-party JavaScript engine preserving gclid and UTM parameters across 30 days in sessionStorage and SameSite=Lax cookies, dynamically appending the tracking token across internal page navigation so CallTracking never drops attribution.

Dedicated European PHP 8.4 Gateway

Deployed a dedicated proxy endpoint (lines-up.com/boobon_proxy.php) on agency LiteSpeed infrastructure with server-side mutex lock cache (300s), ensuring 100% order delivery from all mobile carriers and zero duplicate deals.

Kommo CRM Complex REST API v4

Automated lead creation with itemized receipts, exact integer budgets (PRICE), courier vs pickup selector, and full attribution tokens generated in 0.15 seconds.

GitHub Actions Serverless ETL Robot

Nightly Python 3.11 pipeline that fetches 100% verified paid orders from CRM, performs SHA-256 cryptographic hashing on client identifiers, and uploads Enhanced Offline Conversions to Google Ads Data Manager with 0 errors.

3. Audited Month Telemetry (Google Ads + GA4 + CRM)

Telemetry Dimension Recorded Metric Verification Source Business Value
Total Google Ads Spend 25,668.62 UAH (~$630) Google Ads API (medium=cpc) Strict Budget Discipline
Online Web Cart Revenue 8,760.00 UAH (20 orders) GA4 E-Commerce (purchase) Apparent 34.1% ROAS (Misleading)
Offline Phone Call Sales 25,290.00 UAH (12 orders) Kommo CRM + Binotel API 74.3% of Total Business Cash
Total Confirmed Revenue 34,050.00 UAH Unified CRM Audit Complete Data Truth
True Blended ROAS 132.65% πŸ”₯ (34,050 β‚΄ / 25,668 β‚΄) Γ— 100 Clear Commercial Profitability
Total Verified Qualified Leads 68 Leads (20 Web + 25 Calls + 23 Chat) GA4 + Binotel + CRM Average CPL 377 UAH (~$9.20)

Key Takeaway for Consultative & Omnichannel Businesses:

Never judge the profitability of your ad campaigns by online website checkout events alone if your customers call you or message on WhatsApp/Viber. By bridging the offline gap with serverless cloud robots, you close the feedback loop: Google Ads Smart Bidding immediately learns which search terms generated the highest cash deposits in your CRM, bidding up winners and extinguishing waste.
